"I spent a long time debating between this hotel and the Hilton Sydney, and I can confidently say I made the right choice. I am much more satisfied here than I would have been at the Hilton. If I visit Sydney again, I will definitely stay here without any hesitation. The facilities are incredibly convenient and well-maintained. The kitchen was a lifesaver for traveling with my child, and the overall environment was very clean and pleasant. The location is also a major plus—it’s close to everything but tucked away just enough to be quiet and peaceful, away from the city noise. I also want to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who helped me with an early check-in on the morning of April 15th. She was so kind and professional. I felt very sorry that I couldn't leave a tip because I only had $100 bills at the moment. I really hope this message reaches her to let her know how much I appreciated her help. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Sydney!"

"샤워실에 샤워기가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 4/21 화요일 밤에 타워 브릿지에서 돌아오는 길에 불의의 부상을 당했는데 로비 직원들이 잘 응대해줘서 응급처치가 잘 되었습니다. 덕분에 남은 여정도 잘 보냈습니다. 도와주신 한국인 스탭 (기씨 성을 가지신 분)분에게 감사합니다. "

"위치가넘좋고.호텔앞에서10분똑바로가면오페라하우스.밤에도 위험하지않아요.룸뷰도 오페라하우스가 크게보여좋았어요. 조식뷔페는빵위주였고과일종류는 수박.메론있었어요."

"가격대비 가성비 좋고 위치가 너무 좋았어요. 우버 이슈가 있다고 하는 글이 있었는데 저는 전혀 문제 없이 우버 잘 이용했어요. 음식해 먹는데도 좋았고요. 단지 청소 상태가 살짝 메롱이긴 했지만 가격을 생각하면 만족 합니다"

"객실이 먼지 등 위생이 별로네요"

"체크인시 준비된 룸이 없으니 장애인 시설 룸을 제안하면서 크게 다르지 않다고 해서 체크인. 전혀 다르지 않아 당황했지만. 귀찮기도 해서 그냥 있기로. 근데 에어컨도 고장. 나중에 방을 바꿔주기는 했지만, 아직도 왜 그런 방을 오퍼했는지 모르겠네."
