"Beautiful decor but major noise & service issues The BnB looks lovely and breakfast staff were great — friendly and efficient. Unfortunately that’s where the positives ended for us. Main issues: 1. Noise: Bar music until 11pm, pool noise until midnight, and you can hear every word from the room next door. Walls are extremely thin. We had to call a few times on both nights to get the music turned off and ask that they please ask the guests to keep it down....etc 2. Reception: The receptionist was unprofessional. She was also working the bar and spent the whole time on her phone right next to us, making conversation impossible. 3. Rooms: Very small, meant for 1 person, (and we had the deluxe room.) I think there is more focus on looks than comfort. The price did not match the experience. We expected peace and quiet at night, professionalism, and basic consideration and got none."

"I loved the attention to detail in the room. Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport. My only regret is that I didn’t arrive until 8:15pm and had to leave by 8:30am the next morning to catch another flight. I wish I would’ve had more time to enjoy my room."

"No the Shuttle come every hour, so you have to wait, the Room are terrible, the stench of the math, no, shower gel, no soap, the breakfast was terrible, had to fight for breakfast after making arrangements yesterday for 6:30 am, I only got to get that breakfast 06:46 had to rush as I had to leave at 7 for the airport."
