We have a satellite provider; however, sometimes weather and other limitations may make the signal slow or non-existent.Agan, thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Hello Lindsey, We apologize about the spiders; with us being in the middle of the woods there's not much we can do to keep them away but please rest assured that we spray regularly to keep insects out of our cabins and have placed additional remediation products to get rid of the issue.We appreciate your honest review.

I agree with you, Turner Falls is very popular, and it is hard to get to your cabin once the line forms.We reached 108 degrees over the weekend and even though our window units are working properly, it's very hard for a room to stay cool when it feels like 112 degrees outside. Please rest assure, the stain that you mentioned isn't mold. We are sorry your stay was not what you expected. We hope you give us a second chance in the future.

Nosotros recibimos la notificación de la unidad que los huéspedes reservan y proporcionamos fotos también, sentimos mucho que la unidad que escogiste no haya sido de tu agrado. Desafortunadamente no podemos controlar la temperatura, los aires acondicionados si funcionan, pero con estas temperaturas tan extremas es muy difícil que una unidad pueda mantener un lugar frio.

Desgraciadamente, con la temperatura sobrepasando los 100F es imposible mantener un lugar a una temperatura menos de 72 grados, la tiny home en la que te hospedaste tiene un segundo piso me imagino que la temperatura se sentía un poco más alta. Me hubiera gustado recibir una llamada para poder cambiarte de cabana. Ojalá que nos des otra oportunidad en un futuro.
