"Great location to visit the park, only 15 minutes away. Very accommodating- we had an issue with the heater (didn’t work). We had a king suite. Unfortunately, they didn’t have another room to move us to. And it was 9:30pm. We were settled in. They gave us an extra blanket and when the morning came the facility was warm and our room was okay. What I did learn, because I booked through Hotels.com (third party reservation system) they couldn’t discount our room for the inconvenience. They wanted to. I had to have Hotels.com send a message. I tried to contact Hotels.com and AI didn’t connect me with a live person. It kept sending messages to the Best Western. This is my first problem using Hotels.com. The Best Western was great. Little disappointed with Hotels.com."
