"We booked a family room at 12:45 on the same day and arrived at 19:30. Unfortunately, the check-in process was very confusing, you have to check in at another hotel five minutes away, which we weren’t told in advance. On arrival, we were first given the wrong room, then a family room with an unmade sofa bed and no bedding.
