The hotel is really nice, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helped us chick in fast, no waiting. My family and I enjoyed the night.

Very clean and newly remodeled. Staff were very friendly. The problem was the guest attendant did not know how to turn on the fireplace outside, which was the highlight for my three sons that accompanied me on our trip. The pool only went to 4 feet so we planned on having conversation over the fire. the next day, the maintenance guy claimed to have fixed it, but it still did not work. Inside fire place should also have been on. I’m sure it doesn’t generate much heat, but for aesthetics. If I ever return to this hotel, I will call First and make sure the fireplace is working.

Fill Up the Darn Bottles in the Shower!

We've stayed here a few times. Overall, we like the place, especially because they allow pets. My only issue is that the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are usually almost empty each time. Just fill them up before the next guests arrive! It's a real hassle to ask the person at the desk if they can have someone come up and fill the bottles in the shower.

Super comfortable bed, great food options for breakfast and overall a good stay. Cleanliness of room was spotty but not terrible. Note- to get free WiFi you must be a member of their HiltonHonors, which is free but annoying.

Great location, decor and room. Stayed in a suite. Dishes in cupboard were not very clean. One plate had baked on cheese on it. The diishwasher had dishes in it that were half washed. Other wise the room was confortable and clean.

Super nice. We had 2 adults and 3 boys. But not enough towels kitchen plates there was only one spoon no forks and no bedding for the hideabed. Trash can could have been bigger. Other then that breakfast was good pool was nice too. One more thing it would be nice to be able to shut the curtains.

When we arrived the room needed a complete cleaning. My wife and I bring cleaning supplies the bathroom was a mess the toilet still had poop in it. The floor was disgustingly dirty on the tiled area. Once we had settled in then the construction started ( we would not of booked this hotel if we were informed) they made a lot noise and then tore out the hallway carpet. Some guest checked out because of the glue smell. We completed our stay but was very disappointed for this being a Hilton hotel.

We will try a different place next time

At check in we were informed that the pool was "broken." Well, that's just great with 2 kids that have their heart set on swimming, and a 2 night nonrefundable stay booked for almost $500. Oh and "Its Friday night so the GM wont be back until Monday." Ok, so the solution given was to walk across the road to the neighboring hotel to the tiny, dirty pool that now has twice the amount of people as it would have had. The room was nice, not overly clean, but not filthy. 3 out of 4 ice machines were not working. The celing fan was going to detach from the ceiling if we ran it on high. We didn't get to try the breakfast as we had to leave before it started at 6:30 both days.
