Our room was clean but out in the area of the pool & sitting was dirty. The restaurant there was way under staffed & the manager in the restaurant was doing absolutely nothing while the 2 people that were working was trying to keep up with orders & cooking. My friend cleaned up tables for them. They couod definitely use some better help & a different manager in the restaurant! Besides that the kids had fun swimming.

Hotel is worn down and needs updated. Good. Helpful staff, the pool temp was great, beds were soft. Overall the room was ok. Bad: several times no hot water for showers Leaking shower head, the whole hotel needs a good deep clean.. One water slide broken. This hotel has a ton of potential. Not sure if i will stay again until they do some much needed updates

We loved that we had a microwave and a refrigerator in our hotel room. The showers were kind of small and so water went everywhere in the bathroom. They were really busy and probably didn’t have time, but the hallway and common areas needed vacuumed really bad. My kids loved the waterpark part. One of the pools was significantly warmer than the others. I wish they all would’ve been slightly warmer like that one. The kids loved the waterslides. The staff were friendly and got us extra blankets when our youngest got sick all over the bed. We will be back again.

Pool area was nice. Staff was fantastic. Room condition was deplorable. Booked a room for 6 people, 3 months in advance, and it had a king sized bed and a couch. Not a pull out couch, just a couch. Ummm what? The staff did find us another room, that had a queen bed and a pull out couch, we had to sleep with 3 people per bed. It was not comfortable, none of us slept decent, I wouldn’t put myself through that hell again. The bathtub drain didn’t hold water, and the tv wouldn’t turn on. Might go back to use the pool area, but will not stay here again.
