“Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. “The exterior and interior of the property were lovely. On our last morning Carme provided us with a breakfast in the attic which was lovely as she had been out and got us fresh bread and pastries. The view was amazing from the breakfast table. We managed to find parking every night and was a few minutes walk away. It is situated in a lovely village which is very clean and has nice looking buildings with nice views of the countryside and mountains.”

“Wonderfull old hacienda in a quiet location, with an amazing outdoor pool. The room was spatious and confortable. Staff was friendly and helpfull when needed.”

“Sauberes Zimmer und freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Leider war Zimmer 308 extrem hellhörig, man hat jedes Geräusch aus den Nachbarzimmern gehört. Die Betten waren außerdem stark durchgelegen – man lag die ganze Nacht in einer Mulde.”

“This property is located in the middle of a local micro-vineyard. The place is modernized but kept old rustic decorations that made me feel warm and cozy. Staffs are super nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. We ate a formal dinner and the environment was so romantic. I was somewhat surprised that my room did not have a refrigerator.”

“Everything was exceptionally great for the price, great access to city and local area. Staff and locals were helpful and polite. Only note is kitchen/breakfast is closed on Saturday’s or weekends depending on booking capacity. Overall great place for budget friendly get away highly recommended.”
