“The beach and pools were beautiful and clean. The rooms were dirty. There were hairballs and dust everywhere. Did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Breakfast was good but crowded. Lunch options were very limited. And food took a long time. We stayed 3 nights and could not get a reservation at the pizza restaurant because they had no room for the group of 7 of us on any night which was ridiculous. Many of the tourists there you could tell were very cheap and trying to save pennies. So they...

“We were told we were upgraded to a villa. The villa was located at the opposite end of the property far away from the center of the resort where all restaurants and activities were. The villa was not clean when we got there. The shower curtain was in the sink, the floors and the kitchen were dirty and there were no comforters on the bed. The staff at the front desk were rude (specifically the evening shift). They were not accommodating at all. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. ”

“Clean and well-equipped apartment with a full kitchen. Food isn’t available on-site, and local options are limited with restricted opening hours, especially for breakfast. It would be great if the club offered on-site breakfast or dining. Overall, a comfortable stay.”
