“Safe yourself the worries… we did not have a good experience… from the time we got to the front desk it was unpleasant. Nothing works properly…from the shower to the room phone the safe lock the AC the ice cream machine always out of certain drinks could never get a reservation at restaurant. Most of the staff is un aware of what’s going on a lot of misleading information, must refill your water bottles or pay extra for water I can go on and on but I will stop here. “My husband & I travel quite often and we find this beach to be one of the most amazing beaches by far. The food is exceptional, although I was longing for some fried plantains, but that is minor. The rooms are clean but really does need upgrading, too outdated. I’d say 95% if the staff are quite pleasant and helpful. Greeting to Anaya, she’s one of the best and knows how to put a smile on someone’s face. I will recommend.”
