“We had a beach front access room with a balcony. Views were amazing and room was clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the AC and front desk was able to help immediately. Parking was accessible. Food was ok, the dinner at Club Margot was probably our favorite. The location was great, 10 minutes away from Noord where the other bars and restaurants are located.”

“Everything was awesome. Only downside was that they are working on areas of the hotel. But, this was not really any inconvenience. Just a heads up that there will be some construction going on. Other then that it was great. Staff were super friendly. ”

“Originally our room was on floor 0 however we requested to move by second day as that room was musty smelling. RIU happily accommodated our move up to floor 9. We had a pool view with oven view. Most rooms appear to have oven view as the buildings are spread apart well. Thank you RIU. The main building is being renovated as is part of another building however that did not impede our enjoyment of the property. Milano and Krystal specialty restaurants were our favorites.
