“Nice hotel in good location right across from a large sandy beach. Basic breakfast buffet and limited amenities on site. Staff was pleasant and helpful!”

“Property was purchased by another hotel vendor who also owns Praia Marina Hotel. Upon arrival at Varandas, there is no one there at the reception. You have to walk over to Praia Marina to speak to them, then come back wait for someone to come over to check you in. If you are an elderly person or handicap this is a huge problem. Then on the evening prior to leaving, we went over to Praia Marina because no one was at Varandas, so that we could set up for a taxi to pick us up the following...

“Fantastisch hotel. Heerlijk ontbijt en diner. Mooi zwembad dat verwarmd is. Heerlijke kamer met goed bed. Super service. Als ik iets mag noemen dan kan het Turks stoombad in de spa wat beter. De massage is super maar heel duur.”

“excellent all around. the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, the food was good. the espresso martinis with baileys at the bar with live music every night hit the spot after long days of adventure. the concierge sever, baggage handlers and valet service as great and convenient to maximize your time on the island. this was a beautiful hotel and amazing island. this is a trip worth doing again.”
