“The staff were extremely helpful, excellent. Charging £12 to park your car is a liberty. The Marko restaurant in the evening was very average, the steak was poor to say the least, my friends dish was better, salmon. Just ok. Waitresses were very good and helpful.”

“Moving bugs are found in the room. Bad bed. Terrible. No recommend for the hotel.”

“깔끔하고, 아늑한 숙소입니다.”

“Room was dated and needed some minor repairs and a detailed cleaning.(carpet, shower etc). There was no air conditioning so a fan would have been nice. The tv on the wall was the size of a postage stamp, as in smaller than a computer screen. The pub and restaurant were really good. Breakfast was standard fare. Staff were great, helpful and welcoming.”

“Had to pay for parking each night. Room was dated. No full English paid between £7-£9 pound for breakfast to find out that in the mornings it would be a toasties coffee and fruit to take away. The restaurant was only Indian food and empty and closed most of time. They did not say on website there is no bar. When we arrived they said it was a dry bar no alcohol! Would not book here again! Asked for wine glass got told we don’t usually hand out in case we steal it! Eventually they gave me a glass....

“Breakfast service didn’t start till 9am which was a bit late for our plans. Room was basic but clean”

“Great staff Our rooms A/C was not working so the staff happily changed rooms for us to a larger one”

“Staff were extremely helpful Room was lovely Would definitely stay again”

“The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and...

“Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area.”

“BRILLIANT ”

“Be warned when booking this property you might be left outside with no where to stay. I suspect this property is available on multiple sites and the host will pick and choose who can stay depending on profit not availability.”
