"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was nice to have a patio and a view of the mountains while eating a delicious breakfast. They were able to book our Zugspitze tickets which was helpful as the website was confusing. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. They said to wait and see if you can see the mountains in the morning, and if you can then come to the front desk and they'll book your tickets. Make sure you give yourself the whole day. It is amazing and quite an adventure!"

"Overall room was clean, however there was a lot of dust under the bed. The man on reception, when we arrived, had a bad attitude. He asked us to complete a form and then walked off and left us to complete it. He didn't tell us anything about the hotel e.g. breakfast times, where the pool or gym is etc. You also only receive one bottle of water on arrival rather than receiving a bottle of water for each day of your stay. It would have been nice if the bedrooms had tea and coffee making...
