"The Platzl Hotel location was great. The hotel’s check-in service and staff were excellent. This hotel was our splurge during Octoberfest. The breakfast was wonderful with omelet and waffle stations, fruit, pastries, salmon, cheeses, meats, fresh squeezed orange juice, and champagne or beer if you wanted."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily return again. The only downsides are that the hotel does not offer many amenlities, and the room rate during Oktoberfest was quite high, approaching the typical price range of a five-star hotel."

"Very clean and central hotel in Munich. No frills but if you are exploring Munich all day I recommend as a great base. The local area is a bit dodgy but as long as you are aware it’s fine and also a quick walk to train station from airport"
