“Friendly staff. The Customer service experience -being tentative to picking up empty plates and offering additional drinks- should improve. Buffet area (breakfast) personnel need to provide faster service. We wanted a spice sauce and had to ask 4 different people and it took over 5-7 minutes. Other than these two things, the place and overall service was great! ”

“Property is beautifully situated on the beach in the beginning of the action. the views from the balcony I was on the 17th floor gorgeous. all the security great but Luis is the best he helped sincerely not expecting anything. then from the dining area Yuri, Jose major y menor pretty much everyone was kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, the people at the front desk aren't that kind and helpful. Nonetheless I would stay again and recommend.”
