“Fantastic stay”

“When I arrived, the television did not work it took a little bit for the manager to come to figure it out and when I was leaving it still didn't work it only worked for a short period of time. Also, I was supposed to have breakfast at 7 AM today I was checking out and I got down at 7:12 and they weren't set up yet. . Hotel it was all bit noisy with all the children. They have people staying there that are not official guest, which makes it a little bit challenging. The fitness center is great,...

“Lovely picturesque setting and very convenient. Our room was spacious but the bed was very uncomfortable - hard and lumpy as were the pillows. I think it’s probably due for a refurbishment. The breakfast was ok but not good for celiac or vegetarians. The spa was also closed for refurbishment. ”

“Fabulous from start to finish. We had prepaid so check in and out were quick and easy. Staff were very helpful from reception to bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast was lovely as was the meal we had in the bar the night previous. Would highly recommend ”

“Very charming property, loved the rooms, staff was incredible…. Felt like a princess sleeping in a castle ! Would be great if they could include more activities, as there’s not that much to do except explore the woods and castle …. Though the castle tour was exceptional with all the medieval armory.”
