“Fantastic receptionists and a great place to stay!”

“I usually aim to leave balanced reviews, but our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. We didn’t receive self check-in information until we contacted the property on the day of arrival, which caused unnecessary stress. Once there, the front door passcode didn’t work — not just for us, but for several other guests who were stuck outside in freezing weather during a Reykjavik snowstorm. It's advertised as self-check-in, but it should't be called "Self-Check-in" Hotel if the codes...

“2 night stay. Quiet, comfortable, and private. We stayed in the garage apartment which is seperate from the house. 10 minute walk to downtown restaurants, shops, and nightlife. I would highly recommend.”

“Staffs are all kind and communication in English was perfect. I only got cleaning one day during 3 days staying. Room is small and beside road, so I don't recommend long stay. Bus stop 10 is right in front of hotel, Bus stop 12 is 5 min walk. If you choose pick up at hotel when you book tours, it will say go to Bus stop 10. So no necessary to choose pick up with extra fees, if Bus stop 10 is meeting point. Toilet was dirty and when I use hot water, there is very loud pumping sounds.. so,, It...
