“Loved our stay and so did our dog, especially the doggie sausage for breakfast! I made full use of the swimming pool and hot tub and had it to myself. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We will come back.”

“This place is anything but Royal. The pictures are a lie. The floor in our room was on a slant. The disgustingly filthy carpet covered a patchwork floor. The windows only opened about 2" and no AC. There was a fan that was covered in years of dust and grime and barely blew any air. I asked for another one. I got one that was 10" in diameter and was also filthy but not as bad. I cleaned it as best I could and it blew a bit better than the other one. The bathroom was 2 rooms that were 2' x 4'....

“We had an excellent stay at The Fawley Guest House. Our room was large and well equipped, the breakfasts were very nice and the landlady Mellissa very helpful - she sorted out our ferry crossing from and back to Portsmouth for us. The house is quite old and needs some redecoration but that is in hand. W wish them every success.”

“The hotel itself is looking a bit tired but our room was spotless and clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was hot and tasty. The location is amazing. Fantastic place to stay if u don't want to spend loads of time in the hotel.”

“I booked this with pay at property option. Hotel took money straight away and refused to pay back. 2 days before my stay I receive a voicemail to say under new management and not honouring existing bookings. Disgraceful !!!”

“아침식사는 훌륭했어요.부페가 아닌 따뜻한 음식을 직접 조리해서 주니 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 더블룸 small size로 예약했는데 standard room으로 free upgrade 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요. 그리고 호텔시설들은 깔끔하고 쾌적했고 수영장이 정말 좋았어요 수영장내에 작은spa도 있어서 추울땐 거기들어가 있으니 정말 좋았어요.수영장물도 깨끗하고 온도도 적당해서 아이들 쾌적하게 수영할수있겠더라구요. 저는 정말 좋았어요”
