“The hotel needs to improve the communication between the stuff and check that the amenities are always working inside and outside the property. Foods is excellent. The junior suite the rooms needs renew as well as the bathrooms. ”

“Hemingways was one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at. All areas of the hotel were impeccable. Room was huge and well appointed. Staff were helpful, kind and able to accomplish anything we needed. We experienced Sunday jazz brunch, a cooking class, the spa, afternoon tea and private dining within their wine cellar. Each experience better than the next. It was difficult to have to leave to head home. Thank you hemingways for an excellent time. ”

The Mara Explorer is the most magical and enchanting location for a safari I could ever imagine. Everything was impeccable - the amazingly friendly and professional staff, wonderful hospitality, service, and beautiful food. The tents are an absolute privilege to stay in, especially being woken up to the hippo chorus at each morning! The bed was so comfy - I slept like never before. ...

Excellent food with lots of options (plus a full bar), and the staff really go out of their way to ensure the comfort of each and every guest. The tents have lots of space and all the comforts we are used to at home. If you’re booking a safari game drive with them, do insist on a Toyota Land Cruiser over the Land Rover.”
