“This hotel is the worst. I used valet parking, and during the night, my car window was smashed and my child's school bag and a camera disappeared. The hotel didn't inform me of this until I called the Concierge. The front desk said nothing, even when I checked out. I asked what was going on, but they said they couldn't take responsibility. Why would anyone use valet parking when staying at a hotel? Terrible service, I never want to think about again. I was furious at their unprofessionalism and...

“El desayuno podría estar mejor”

“Staff was very nice, location close to where I needed to go. Did not have time to enjoy breakfast. But the room not so great, carpet looked dirty, asked for a non- smoking room, and that room had a very nasty cigarette smell, plus hairs around the bathroom, and found some kind of debris under the sheets. I booked there because I have stayed at the one located in Madera, and it’s really nice and clean.”

“Cheap and cheerful. Bed was terrible quality”

“The staff was lovely. Very helpful and accommodating. I loved the location of the hotel as well. The only issue I had was my microwave in my room wasn’t functional. Which sadly put a damper on my stay considering I arrived late the night before. Other than that loved my visit.”
