“Nice view on the lake, new rooms with modern designs, clean. Not organized kitchen. Very unfriendly woman receptionist. Just on arrival hot water in shower ended. We were asked to change the room, where shower was better but tap didn't have hot water all the stay. When we arrived to breakfast(8 to 11 am) at 10 am, there were only empty dirty plates, fruits, some veggies and cakes. On our questions we were told that we still can eat what is left. After some arguments they brought some sausages...

“Very good location on Issık-Kul. Almost on the beach. We especially liked the owners and the staff, who helped us to solve problems (in particular with the car). Very friendly people.”

“It was closed even though we reserved and paid over one month ago. We came close to sleeping out in the open air ...... We were finally allowed to stay as reserved but we were almost frozen to death. We skipped dinner and the breakfast the next morning. The restrooms and shower rooms were about 50 meters away from the bedroom of Glamping tent. It was very cold for us to go to restrooms in the night and take a shower in the dawn..... No other choices near the Lake Glamping ik nor restaurants. ”
