“Was given an occupied room. Was told they could not accommodate 5 guests even though that’s how we booked so kids slept on floor. Checked twice that morning shuttle was scheduled and told yes but it was not and almost missed my flight. Had to pay an Uber as the hotel simply said “Sorry there is nothing we can do” no refund offered.”

“The room and bathroom were very clean! The staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed the heated pool. The pool and hot tub appeared to be very clean and well cared for. The location of this hotel is tough to beat. 30 minute drive from the west entrance to GNP and 11 minutes from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Liked easy access to room from other side door, clean room and breakfast. Did not like housekeepers parking their cart with towels etc in front of my door 30 minutes prior to check out time. My husband cut his hand on the cart while we were trying to leave.”

“The room was awesome! Was very spacious. Dislikes was the $75.00 charge for a dog! That's almost the cost for a person. No breakfast for the cost!”

“We love staying here! The staff is friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast is excellent, the beds are very comfortable and the pool is great. It is worth noting, that if you request a poolside room, you will hear everything that happens at the pool until it closes at 10pm. The pool side rooms also have smaller bathrooms.”
