“Beautiful and unique, very clean and so cozy”

“The AC in our assigned room was nonfunctional during a heat wave. The staff agreed it was not working and immediately moved us to the room next door (a larger room at no additional charge). We were very happy with the quick response, location is very close to event venues like Jimmy’s and restaurants. On-site parking was a big benefit. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options from bakery goods, fruit, cereals, and yogurt for example. Enjoyed our stay.”

“The appearance of the hotel is little bit different but it's never classic nor old fashionable. They dont think guest's convenience. No even any mirror in the room . I asked to the front desk for fixing the blind of the window in my room but they didn't. If they consider the real manner like the photo, they should have fixed it . I felt bad for staying there. I recommend Merriat residency hotel as similar rate in Concord. ”
