“This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had! I love the fact that you don’t need to bring anything like seriously anything besides clothes and food because they provide it all! The cabins are pretty far from each other, and scenery is 100% recommended. I feel in love, will definitely be coming back.”

“The room was somewhat small and did appreciate the extra door; gave off uncomfortable vibes. Also there was no bar soap in bathroom nor soap dish. They did have wall mounted dispensers but it was just strange also they could use fabric softener for bath towels, wash clothes, etc and the tissue was brutally dry and harsh. We paid an extra fee for breakfast when we booked and that was so well worth it. However it would have been helpful if front desk workers mention they have an on site full...

“Nice quiet hotel in downtown Point. The staff was excellent even with a 2:00 am arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Security was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Can’t wait to come back.”

“Hotel is not ADA compliant. There is 3 floors and no elevator. Dated. Could use work on overall cleanliness of rooms, found rappers from previous people. Breakfast did not have very many options and closed relatively early. Came back to our hotel and they had shut off the keys, even though we had another full day booked. We had a 60 lb dog and a 100 lb dog, so very pet friendly. ”

“Hot tub was cold and pool was freezing. Our bathroom fan was extremely loud and the toilet made a loud squealing sound whenever flushed. There was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch and when I went to the front desk twice for bedding his response was basically an eye roll. Night staff was unfriendly. ”

“Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person. Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. ”

“We arrived late night and were greeted by staff. We checked into our room and discovered the tv remote didn’t work. We went downstairs to have breakfast which was very little to choose from. The bowls of tangerines and apples had a sign on them that said fruit not washed. No sink around to wash them. We asked the man at the desk to please fix our tv remote and asked for fresh towels. We left for the day. We left our sign on the door that said please make up room. Got back to our room around 8...

“Fresh cookies are wonderful!! Flat remotes are sanitary, but this remote would not select the channels anyway except going all the way up and down thru the numbers. Very irritating and it will force me to choose another hotel in the future. On my second night the staff did not remake the beds or clean the toilet, another reason for not returning!”
