“The manager on duty was pleasant and apparently a hard-worker, but he was needing help! Sadly, the nightly pet fees were more expensive than our nightly room rate!!! There were a few things that needed upgrading (i.e. stained carpeting, the needed drywall repair in bathroom), but thankfully it was clean!”

“This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down and dirty. I booked for two nights, but after the first night, there was no way I was staying another night so I went to check out and cancel second night. They refused to give me a refund for the second night, even though it was before 11am. No water pressure in the shower, cold air draft coming right in through the door to the room, worn out bed, didn't look like the room has been cleaned in months, it was disgusting.”

“We were staying at a summer hotel in the worst of winter. They were kind and tried to help. The heat did not work well at all. They came and tried to fix it but we froze all night. The TV was not in the bedroom so we were watching on the phone. No internet. I can see this being a great place in the summer. It was a pretty area.”

“Clean & updated hotel. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. Only complaint was there was a-lot of outdoor noise from people either from the surrounding restaurants or other rooms. Noise went on throughout the night until 3am. ”

“It was so easy to check in we got in a little late due to work and got to go right to our cabin. Everything we needed was right there. There was so many deer and the large window were perfect to watch nature from inside due to the rain starting soon as we got there. But it was so cozy and clean.”

“We've stayed here quite a few times over the winter and each time our room has been very clean, the staff is very accommodating, complimentary breakfast is good. Nice they have a waffle maker to enjoy something hot for breakfast. The best future of this Quality Inn is the pool and hot tub! It is also clean and well maintained.”

“The room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and kind. My tv did not work. The guy at front desk offered to move me to another room. The direct tv box was shot. Young man very kind. But my stuff was already unpacked. Also the whole unit cover on the heater/cooling unit kept falling off. I finally got it to stay. Wasn’t too happy about these things. But I slept well and place was clean. I had my phone to watch Netflix ”
