“Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. Side of bed against the wall to make room for walk way. Stained carpet. Payed for a qeene sized bed and got a full.”

“This is a throw-back to the days of the good old motor lodge. A tiki bar bar, for starters but a tiki bar with good local beer. A wonderful shaded pool area. Light switches that are self-evident and don't require an engineering degree to figure out. Instructions to housekeeping that are followed. You know what I am talking about. The one downside? The patio doors/balconies all face the setting sun, which leads to three hours a night of intense sunlight and heat in a non-air conditioned...

Everything was super clean!! Loved the quiet feel of the Trumpeter as it is about 10 min away from the chatter of the downtown Friday Harbor. Our favorite parts were feeding the goats and alpacas in the mornings and using the complimentary bikes to explore the island.”

The Goldfinch Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts are out of this world! Hostess Jill was lovely and very helpful with everything. Highly recommended!”
