"Although the hotel appears dark and dated it is very functional for overnight stay close to the airport. Rooms are large , clean and very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Would stay again. "

"Great location. Convenience trumps any shortcomings, as well as a reasonable ( but not cheap) rate. Stayed here many times now. Staff can vary from extremely helpful and cheerful to extremely helpful and not so cheerful. Has reasonably priced restaurant with great waitstaff. Breakfast is good without being fantastic. "We recently stayed 5 nights at this beautiful hotel in the heart of the City and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out we were treated like royalty and every whim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful rooms had excellent views of Table Mountain and two restaurants on site offered excellent food options, with the Bombay Brasserie a must visit. The bar too is an excellent place to unwind after a long day. I can’t say enough about the staff …..everyone from the front desk, concierge, doormen, bar & restaurant staff always had smiles on their faces and were eager to please. We have stayed here before and will certainly do so again. "
