We were first assigned room 216, and upon entering, we found someone already sleeping inside. This was an uncomfortable and concerning situation, especially since it resulted from being given the wrong room. We were then moved to room 222, which unfortunately had additional problems. “The hotel is quite nice as is the staff. But, the washroom for the sink faucet and bathroom tub / shower, both drains emitted a terrible septic odor. Something really needs to be done about this. Imagine other rooms have the same problem. Otherwise the hotel is in a great location, and all else was great.”

“Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Door on room did not fit well, allowing visible cracks that showed hallway. Sure seems like someone is living there as the food odors were very strong (and not good) at the same time each night. Check-in took too long, and check-out was even longer. People hanging around lobby during check-out made it very strange and the clerk said nothing so I assume they were related. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.”

We were told that they had no maintenance available until Monday, and that they were fully booked. Told her we would have to cancel our reservations and find another hotel. “The rooms are ok but the staff is great, especially Amber, and if you get a good housekeeper that’s huge. They offer a nice breakfast but not many dairy free options so I was unable to enjoy it. No dairy free milks, yogurts, or fresh fruits if you are vegan or have a dairy allergy and that’s a bummer however they do have around the clock hot coffee which was a bonus.”

“Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”
