“Close enough to the beach. The pool was under repairs ”

“The room advertised was not what I got, there were no windows the room was musky and very dark. Totally not what I expected I did not stay at this place. I am requesting a full refund for my inconvenience Please advise”

“No facilities for showering and changing whilst waiting for flight after checkout Staff unhelpful, rooms were available but subject to a charge of 50% of the daily room rate. A simple facility for changing and showering was all that was necessary but hotel were not willing to provide without charging Otherwise everything else satisfactory but not worth the rating”

“The staff and facility was excellent. The cost for the trip was 5000 plus CAD for 4 nights is ridiculously expensive for low season. Dinner meals alone cost me $1468 CAD just for dinner and is nothing special. In addition the weather was terrible and lots of seaweeds so no swimming at the hotel. Alternative arrangements were made to swim at a sister restaurant.”
