“Upon check in was met with the same friendly and professional employee that I spoke to on the phone. That’s always a plus. We reserved the handicapped room which was good bc my husband recently had knee surgery and has issues with bending to get into a tub. “Room smelt like smoke and was very dirty. The whole place is disgusting. Burns in the carpet. Doors don’t shut all the way. Stains and tears on pillows and bedding. Actually the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced.”

“The lady at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. The property is under renovation after its over I'm sure it will be a huge improvement. My heart goes out to the eldmerly that live on site. If you have parents there please go get them it's not good they live their last years there.
