“Our TV was broken was never fixed and our was shower door handle came off. Cleaning staff was very loud. Front desk was friendly trying to help. They gave us a $25 voucher for food.”

“The place isn't what the pics show. It's an older hotel that could use some remodel work inside the rooms. There are homeless around the area. Chickens that roam the parking lot with roosters crowing all night. Loud traffic you hear in the north rooms. The one positive is plenty of good places to eat close by. I wouldn't take my family here, the area is a little sketchy.”

“Like it”

“I did not like the cockroaches and the toilet make noise every time I sat on it and the shower flooding on us . There was water everywhere and no one did anything about it. Never will stay there again”

“Great service”

“The woman at the front desk was excellent. The lobby was clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately our room was not properly cleaned we found a plastic bottle cap and a pair of socks on the floor. The carpet looked like it needed to be vacuumed. The enamel was coming off of the bathtub.”

“N/A”

“No information on how to work the TV and there was no printed channel information. There was no microwave in the room, no freezer in the refrigerator. The bed blanket only went up to my lower chest and the pillows were too hard. There should have been pillows of different thickness. Breakfast was not included. Staff was away from the desk a lot and I had to holler for them. I had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant for breakfast and there was a lot of cigarette smoke in the...

“I reserved two rooms from Yuba City inn and they were unavailable when I got there. The staff stated they don’t sell rooms online on Expedia. ”

“the guy who helped checked us in was nice. though i feel it was different from the pictures online. there was the wall pieces coming off, the ac didn’t turn off and some buttons were missing, the lamp didn’t work, the standing lamp had no light bulb, the tv didn’t turn on. the walls are pretty thin, and the flooring is not that sturdy i’d say. its pretty loud when you walk and can hear everything from inside your room since the walls are so thin. our room did smelled like cigarettes too, so they...

“All the towel I got were stained and dirty I didn’t use any of them I didn’t feel comfortable using them. The pillows looked very very used and dingy and I also did not use them and the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter I had to buy new sheets just to put over it to feel safe to sleep. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far and I’d never recommend this hotel to anyone including my worst enemy. Save your money.”

“Elevators were broken and I was on the third floor . I am 70 years old with luggage . Too many stairs !!!”
