“The shower door track had black mold. The bathroom smelled bad. The bathroom sink had lots of rust. This location is kind of off by itself. The main room was clean and comfortable.”

“The hotel has an older look in the hallways. Other than that, the staff was amazing, and the breakfast was great. They serve waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, muffins, yogurt, biscuits, bagels, milk, and some other things. The hotel was clean, and the room looks up to date! And the staff were amazing, and they were super friendly. The kitchen breakfast staff were just as great too!”

“This place was FILTHY. As soon as I drove up, I knew I was in trouble, but area hotels were booked up for graduations. The woman at the front desk was very nice, it the hotel clearly had some ongoing work as building arts were stacked in what should average been the dining room. That was my second clue. The room door was challenging to open and oh, the SMELL—some sort of acrid chemical odor. Third and fourth clues. Worn carpets, high I could deal with, but the sink hadn’t even been cleaned....

“The condition of the room itself was disappointing. The bathtub was peeling and bowed noticeably when stepped into. The bathroom ceiling appeared to be a patchwork repair job, and the walls throughout the room were in desperate need of fresh paint. The coffee maker did not work, the body wash dispenser was empty, and one of the pillowcases was stained (yellow). My room was on the second floor. The window opened fully but did not lock. “The room was cool-ish when we walked in, but the beds felt wet due to the humididty. There were bugs all over the room. The bathroom looked clean, but upon further observation, the shower looked filthy. The staff seemed nice and the pool looked like the best part about the hotel. It was nice for the couple of hours we needed to sleep, but not for any longer. There was also a weird smell in the room.”

“I paid $453 for one night at this hotel, and after seeing the first room they assigned us, I honestly would not have let a stray animal stay there. To begin with, I was told check-in was not until 4:30 p.m. Since we were attending a graduation, I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. to see whether our room might be ready early. Imagine my surprise when I saw a sign clearly stating that check-in time was actually 3:00 p.m. When I questioned the front desk clerk about the discrepancy, she claimed it was...
