“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“What a wonderful stay, with lots of personal touches which are not always given by larger establishments. The area around the property is quiet. It is approximately a 20 - 30 mins walk into Crown Point/ Store Bay beach. Breakfast was excellent - local delicacies served. Kay and Stein were exceptional hosts. All in all, an enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning soon. Thank you.”

“Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was great (local selections) and the staff were friendly and professional. There is a warm water wading pool and swim up bar, which my husband and I enjoyed. It is a bit far from the night life in Crown Point, but nowhere is truly far in Tobago. The room was clean and we had a partial view of the ocean, even though we did not book an ocean view room. “4泊しました。ウェルカムドリンクにCandyのビールとミネラルウォーターをいただきました。夜遅くにチェックインし喉が渇いていたので最高でした。お部屋は広い、清潔、お洒落な雰囲気で大満足でした。部屋の中には大きなプライベートキッチンとプライベートシャワールームがあります。シャワーはお湯が出ます。TVもあり、ドレッサーがあるので朝の支度をゆっくりできます。オーナーの女性はフレンドリー。質問にも色々と答えてくれます。そして彼女の無料の朝食も最高でした。フルーツジュース、コーヒーor紅茶、パン(ジャム、バター)、サラダ、卵や魚が出ます。そして何よりバルコニーで海を眺めながらの朝食はトバゴ島で過ごした中の一番の思い出です。費用以上の価値がありました。ありがとうございました。 周りにはスーパーがないので軽食など必要な場合は、チェックインする前に予め購入することをお勧めします。”
