“I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“The staff, food, entertainment, property and overall surroundings were great. Even got to see turtles on the beach at night. Would just recommend mats by the sliding doors for the ground floor rooms and better tv viewing options. We did have a great stay. ”

“The warmth and hospitality was above and beyond any past experiences. This was my home for ten wonderful days. The host , Donna and I bonded like sisters. My sister and a friend joined us for two nights and were blown away by the ambience and the warm welcome they received as well.
