“This place is a beautiful hidden gem. We booked this hotel to break up a long drive. We used the pool & hot tub, mini golf and ate at the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly, hotel is very clean and we slept in a very quiet comfortable room.”

“Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building...

“I did not realize that this place was a welfare hotel. The room was dirty, long black hair in the tub,I have short white hair. The window was not clean, half of it was dirty. Other people staying there were loud at all hours. Loud barking dogs. I could go on & on but what difference would it make? I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.”
