“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“The room smelled like cigarettes. The hotel desperately needs remodeling”

“This hotel was terrible ,very dirty . The Outside just looks ok, run down. The room was dirty, the air conditioner filter were so dirty when we turned it on a bunch of dirt blew out and when we looked at the Filters they have not been cleaned in 6 months or more & were covered in fur, the bath room there was blood and fecal matter by the side of the toilet , there was a ceiling supply fan cover that was dirty should not be there if you have a Ptac heating and cooling wall unit. This place is...

“Was better than last place we stayed when in town.”

“매우 친절하고 매트리스가 편안함”

“We arrived for 1night to attend a wedding. On the web for this hotel it states if you need any special requests please contact our hotel at 585-395-1000. I wanted to request an early check-in so that we could change into our wedding clothes. I tried that phone number all day long and there was never an answer. I also texted a request and never received a reply. So something needs to be addressed to this situation.”

“Not much to brag about. Just a place to rest on our long journey.”

“Great”

“Quiet and comfortable”

“침대가 너무 오래되었는지 푹신하게 꺼져서 허리가 아팠어요”

“Great”

“The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

“Moat disgusting hotel ever. Literally a trap house. Disgusting and dirty. Never seen anything like it. No lights in building other than room. Dirty with food and trash all over the place. Mold in the showers and room. I literally slept in my truck with my doors locked. This hotel should be taken off hotels.com and the cops should clear it out.”

“This quaint inn was in a wonderful location, the staff was very helpful and the room was spacious and beautiful.”
