“Housekeeping was a hit or miss but mostly a miss. We only had our room cleaned twice during a five night stay and on one of those days they took our towels and didn’t replace them. We had to call the front desk twice for towels and once for a hair dryer, which was not in the room. The towels were raggedy and close to having holes in them. I wish I had taken a picture of them. I will not stay here again.”

“This is a historic hotel but things are a bit in transition. My room was clean, very spacious but with a mixture of some parts partially renovated and others quite dated. Given the older windows, the street noise creeps in easily. Nothing about my room really looked as depicted online. Valet service was good. Restaurant is ok. Not a bad choice but the hotel seems a bit aspirational.”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”

“Doing renovations with grinding for 12 hours a day and blowing dust with mold and mildew and whatever into central air system. Then the waste gets blown into guests rooms. It was literally snowing in my room for 6 hours one day. I got home and choked and coughed so hard I had to check if I caused a hernia. All their contractors who are doing the grinding on the floors need to do is duct tape the in and out vents .worst Marriot property I've ever stayed at in 25 years of travel. Room...

“We were on a girls trip for bachelorette. Ac in room was broken, offered new room but ac also broken in that one. First room smelled bad musty and was so humid even the maintenance man made a comment about smell. Front desk was very unhelpful and did not care. Had to switch to a different hotel at 10pm on first night. At least they gave refund. Wasted 3 hours of our trip on this mess. Highly recommend Comfort Inn which is the hotel we switched to.”
