“New hotel - nice, clean, newly and tastefully decorated, great location in the middle of Henley-on-Thames, not far from the river. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice external seating area with retractable roof and TVs to watch sport (world cup was on). Other good restaurants, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Local nearby. Still need to fix some teething problems - coffee pods and machine provided weren’t matched, no air conditioning in the room (we stayed during a heat wave - electric fan kindly...

“Great room, Dyson fan worked well during the hot weather. Nice touches of complimentary drink on arrival and fresh milk in the room. Quality and choice of breakfast was superb. Only downside was very strict 3pm check in, and the parking available was very limited”

“Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).”

“Hotel was in a beautiful setting and felt safe and secure inside the complex. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up.Will definitely stay here again.”

“The room appeared to have not been cleaned after it's previous accounts. There was what looked like fecal matter on the toilet seat, bodily fluids on the bedding which definitely hadn't been changed and the room smelt like someone had been smoking, even though this is illegal. The staff didn't seem to care when we handed the keys back and left without even viewing another room. Do not stay here, do not give them your money. The environmental health should inspect and close them down.”

“Great beds and big rooms. The room includes breakfast - the menu was great, but the food was very slow to arrive. In the evening, you can wander to the bar and restaurant on site.”

“Decent but small single room EXCEPT the kitchen vent. All was fine until 7am when it started up like an aero engine and then that wasn't great (that's English for a bit grim). Ensuite is for skinny people only. Very 1980's suite and tiny washbasin squeezed in ext to the shower enclosure. Fan broken so it was quickly like Viet Nam in monsoon conditions in there.”

“This hotel is about to close for renovations. There was loud noise coming from an appliance or equipment downstairs late into the evening. Staff were helpful and friendly. Situation is convenient for accessing Camberley.”

“The room was clean but small. When we made the booking it said £20 per stay for our dog but we got charged £25 per night. Lovely walk into Henley on Thames though and we got parked ok at the hotel”
