“Very unique property and restaurant is delicious as well and portions were definitely more than we expected. The corner tower room we stayed in was impressive. It was definitely worth the side quest stop to stay here as our halfway point to Tennessee. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay I highly recommend.”

“The room smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room. The shower squealed , ear piercing!”

“They are not a good hotel”

“Was never able to get WiFi to connect. Pool was closed. We asked for new towels at after 2 days, which they provided us, but left the dirty towels behind… lady, there was a constant draining water sound.., thinking it was the small fridge was draining into a common drain, so everything above us was also draining. Particularly loud at night. This was reported to the staff who basically gave it a shrug. Nice room, but details matter”

“Staff was extremely kind. Especially loved shuttle service to Keeneland”

“This is 2026 Bates motel...I brought my sheets from home. Nasty. Best thing is there is a dollar tree next door”

“We stayed at other hotels without a staff before, and this one works smoothly. Lovely, big sweets with comfortable beds, great rooms for relaxing, and a well appointed kitchenette There are no amenities but a fun Speakeasy. Located right downtown with lots of walkable shops and restaurants,”

“room smelled bad and the AC did not work.”

“What a treasure. Rose Hill Inn is a beautiful property walkable to shopping and restaurants. The owners are delightful… so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had anything we needed and then some.”
