“Angie at the front desk and Jacob went above and beyond for us and was one of the most amazing staff members we’ve ever encountered. ”

“Great location in the heart of downtown Frankfort. Staff was always great with one exception. The one person who checked us in made us feel as if we were just a bother. Rooms were clean and place had a really cool vibe.”

“There aren’t many hotels in the town of Versailles, but this hotel is very nice and looks new. The design of the lobby and the room show that. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Conveniently located to the town center and many bourbon distilleries in the area. Highly recommended. ”

“My room was not that clean and had a smell of cigarette smoke. I do want to say the staff are very pleasant and very respectful, but can only do so much with the resources they have. There was never any kind of juice in the mornings even after a person came in to fix the machine. Breakfast was adequate despite that. It was a convenient location but I don't know that I would stay there again.”

“No elevator we were on 3rd floor. Ceiling was a little low. Parking great. Communication for keyless entry was good ”

“The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. ”

“AC was fine and I don’t travel with my pets ”

“The room was generally clean and comfortable, with just a few areas that could use some attention—such as a light touch-up of paint around the windows and some hard water buildup on the shower head. The carpet showed a bit of staining, but it didn’t take away from the overall stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options.”

“Staff was great and actually found a room that was blocked off for us after Expedia had a miscommunication and the St Clair did not have our reservation. Luckily the owner was inside and sat with his laptop and got us taken care of. Had he not been there we would not have had a room that we had a confirmation and paid for. Great place. Terrible customer service by Expedia!!”

“Filthy, no phone, internet, tv. Stained towels, black mold and they charged more than the booking said it would be by 15$”

“Absolutely fabulous stay! Very spacious and comfortable room. The hosts were great - they called twice on Christmas, the day we were arriving, to ensure we had the codes to enter and details for our stay. Breakfast was great and they were accommodating to our allergies. Beautiful bed and breakfast. Will definitely be back!”
