"The hotel staff were nice, efficient and accommodating, and helped to make my stay really easy and wonderful. The room is spacious, the bathroom is huge. "Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"Overall quite satisfactory for the price paid. The staff was friendly, helpful. They help the big group of us get taxis and provided luggage storage after checkout so that we could continue our visits till departure time. They also shared useful tips on good food nearby. The rooms were reasonable for the prices paid. The apartment location was great for visiting Westlake and surrounding attractions. Will recommend this Service Apartment to any visitor to Westlake."

"Property location is exceptional for food after a long day of work. Property is outdated and needs urgent renovation. Have been visiting for several years and always book the best room type, but rooms are getting older and used. AC was not working and noise from the street in floor 18 was vey high still due to the poor quality of the windows."
