The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! "Ich hatte das Einzelzimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Straßenseite. Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Das Zimmer ist die ganze Nacht vom Straßenlärm geprägt. Das Bad ist nur über den Flur zu erreichen und eine Nasszelle mit Bodenablauf. Leider funktioniert der Ablauf kaum, sodass der gesamte Boden schon nach kurzem Duschen überflutet ist. Zusätzlich gibt es starken Schimmelgeruch, sichtbaren Schimmel (u. a. am Heizkörper) und eine sehr schlechte Beleuchtung. Auch das Zimmer selbst war nicht...
