โThe property and the staff at icaco were absolutely amazing. One of the most relaxing vacations my wife and I have done. It was convenient, comfortable , and very well maintained. We watched the sunset from the pool deck and sunrise and sea turtles from our balcony. The girls which gave us massages were just as amazing. This was our 2nd trip to Isla and it has become one of our favorite destinations. We will be back and we will definitely stay at icaco again. Thanks for the great memoriesโ
โStaff was awesome(ALL OF THEM) BEACH AREA WAS HORRIBLE POOL WAS GOOD, LACK OF EMPLOYEES, TAKES TO LONG FOR FOOD AND DRINKS, TOWELS AND WASH CLOTHS ARE HARD TO GET, WILL NOT STAY AGAIN.โ
โLet me start by saying. Iโm fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. Iโve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. Iโve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didnโt miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.

โWe had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so Iโd suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review.
