"Everything about this stay was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. The front staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and ended up upgrading us to an executive suite when they found out our room wasn't available. The suite had an absolutely incredible view. My only complaint was that the balcony was locked down. I would've definitely loved to enjoy my morning coffee out there but I'm sure there's a reason they are locked. Close to fantastic restaurants and walkable to the local parks and riverfront shops. I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Savannah!"

However, I encountered a significant issue with parking that I feel compelled to mention. When I reserved the room through Expedia, I had specifically paid for parking, only to find out upon arrival that they exclusively offered valet service, which incurred an additional $25 charge. This was misleading and quite disappointing, as I expected a seamless parking experience based on my reservation. While this miscommunication reflects poorly on Expedia, it did not overshadow the overall excellence of my experience at the hotel. The hospitality and quality of the property truly stand out, and I would recommend it to others despite the parking issue. "
