"I had a very disappointing experience at Motel 6 Ventura Beach. The AC in my room was not working, so I went to the front desk to request a room change. Unfortunately, the receptionist closed the office door in front of me without responding and put up a “shift change” sign while I was standing there. I waited for about 20 minutes, and when he finally opened the door, he spoke very rudely and was not helpful at all. There was no apology, no professionalism, and no concern for the inconvenience caused. Overall, this was one of the worst stays I have experienced. Basic hospitality and respectful communication were completely lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service for future guests."

"Breakfast was fantastic very nice staff night auditor was kind of crabby at night Last night stay had security open my door at 3:00 am n woke me didn’t appreciate 02/26 didn’t think that was appropriate should have knocked at the door before opening "

"This room was better than last one i had. Clean but still run down.for the money u get what u get. Air worked fine.like the little upstairs sitting area."

"Oceanview room and being able to walk out was nice and convenient but with an extra price. The couch in the room was pretty ran down and stained with dirt. Several curtains in room had stains on them as well. Dive bar which is the game room and bar closed at 7pm on a Saturday night, you would think it’s a resort that it would be open much later for guest to enjoy. No pets allowed in the pool area. "

"Towels were dirty as well as the area they were let in. The toilet seat was falling off. Floors looked like they have not been moped in months. Tv remote broken and missing battery cover. Hole in toes up to the top floor, tried to be patched but your foot almost got stuck. Just very run down and not kept up. Please do not leave the light on for us…. "
