"We had an amazing stay at the W hotel the palm Dubai. The check in was amazing and Rose explained everything very clearly regarding the hotel and the all-inclusive package. The hotel and the room was spotlessly clean and the food in all the restaurants was amazing. We spent most evenings in Aether bar and Prativia was excellent, remembered our names and drinks etc.. the service was excellent form everyone in the bar. The sobe bar was excellent, and PJ and all the staff were amazing. We would recommend a visit to Akira Back as the food was stunning. The concierge Ismail was excellent and he booked several trips for us during our stay, he made everything easy and we highly recommended you book any trips through him. We had an amazing stay and will back soon! Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay."

"Taj was an excellent hotel to stay at! The staff were very helpful, especially Rishi at the front desk and Shabbir at the breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with an incredible variety of foods. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. They had many activities and choices of stuff to do during the day, such as the spa, the pool, and the beach. The beach was a bit dirty, but overall this hotel was excellent. Our stay was very enjoyable."

"We were disappointed that it wasn’t clear 2 pools were adult only & that the pools shut at 7pm, the coffee machine in the room broke, the breakfast wasn’t amazing but ok, the hotel didn’t take our 20% off food & drink automatically so make sure you mention it every time you pay there. When busy we struggled to get a pool lounger. Love that 2 rooms were literally connected, the porters taking & bringing car to you was excellent although they lost our car at one point so take a photo of your reg/car. Great location to walk to mall."
