“How to begin? So many things wrong! Poor services and front desk take forever to answer the phone. Also, the front desk has no customer service politeness. The first night was a disaster! When I was putting away the trash under the sink a big cockroach said “hello” to us! The apartment desired cleanliness, especially the floors, very dusty and crawling little bugs. The bathrooms were missing hand soap. The kitchen was missing kitchen towels, stove mitten. The first 2 days was useless calling the...

“Property is set up for us as a couple. Had a restaurant connected to the parking lot in back you can walk too. A bar also. The pool was great for us and families great walk in the pool style.. look right in the ocean in the background.. kayaks paddleboards available first come first serve. Great experience first time visiting the Keys!!! GREAT RESORT!!”
