“Could have been worse, could have been better. Stayed in a 2 bedroom premium villa which was supposedly recently renovated. Still felt kind of run down. Booked for the dolphins and kids pool, but dolphins moved and kids pool was closed for construction of new water park. Hotel did not accommodate but offered kids activities you had to pay for (I guess they offered free bubbles). It is a very pretty and scenic hotel. All staff was very friendly. Lagoon was awesome! Pools were legit too, clean...

“The Aqua-cabins were very clear and comfortable. The idea of staying in a cabin floating in the water was amazing. Only a gentle rocking with fish jumping just off the rear deck. With a Publix just across the street and many restaurants within walking distance made it a very convenient place to stay. We will be going back as soon as we can.”

“I've stayed here for a number of years and the property appears to be slipping. At check in they were training a new employee and their computer went down for 15 minutes, so it took a while to get checked in. The staff was very polite. The A/C in the room didn't cool completely. The rooms don't have true refrigerators, they have chillers which do an ok job but aren't as cold as a fridge. The ice machines in both buildings were broken and when I asked the staff if I could get some ice from...

“Although this is priced at a high end resort, there is nothing high end about it. Needs a lot of updating. Our room was very much in need of some deep cleaning and updating. We stayed on the 5th floor which smelled of pot the whole stay. Housekeeping was ok but very inconsistent. There is absolutely no beach to go swimming and the water was littered very badly. This is a $150 a night room all day! NOT $450! We took the shuttle a couple times as we were there for a wedding and the driver was not...

“It’s a unique resort at a marina. We upgraded to an apartment overlooking the water. Very clean, and easy walk to the restaurant in front.”

“The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. ”
