“Could have been worse, could have been better. Stayed in a 2 bedroom premium villa which was supposedly recently renovated. Still felt kind of run down. Booked for the dolphins and kids pool, but dolphins moved and kids pool was closed for construction of new water park. Hotel did not accommodate but offered kids activities you had to pay for (I guess they offered free bubbles). It is a very pretty and scenic hotel. All staff was very friendly. Lagoon was awesome! “The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV.
