"While some things definitely need updating, the room was extremely clean which is the most important thing. Check in was friendly and easy. The views from the grounds are outstanding. Great place to watch the sunset. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy the outside area. We would stay here again."

"Staff was helpful but we had 2 strange interactions. One man entered our room without warning and when my husband stopped and corrected him instead of apologizing he made excuses. The other we asked the maid for NO service and they still cleaned anyway. The property needs some serious updates beginning with the carpet in the rooms needs to go, its disgusting. Bedding also needs replacing, 1 of our pillows had blood stains we had to request new ones. The breakfast area needs help too. The office being upstairs is strange. We wanted to love it, the photos looked nice but it wasn't worth the cost. The Wyndham can better especially in such a high traffic vacation town."

"The service was poor all around and the food was not fresh like you'd expect for the price and at a “resort.” The staff admitted the “fresh squeezed, orange juice“ was not fresh and from a can the guacamole was also from a can and not made out of actual fresh guacamoles. The menu variety was lacking, and the beach area was very small and limited as to where you could swim. I would not recommend. Typical corporate cut backs to increase their profits at the expense of the guests. The spa and spa staff was great and the pool was nice. If you have to stay there for a while, I’d rent a car to be able to leave and eat somewhere else."
