“I hadn't been to the Keys in about 40years; Booking a room at the Pelican Cottages was a lucky find! Being able to stroll down to the dock was a treat for early am coffee or a happy hour moment was lovely and the colorful Adirondack chairs made for a good sit waterside. Our room was comfy, but next time I will make sure we have a little kitchenette and we are a bit closer to the water. “Awesome trip stayed there for seven days had a blast down by the pool and the tiki hut and the iguanas are fun to watch as are the curly tail lizards no problem we had in the room was the toilet didn’t flush very well. It did flush but it was slow. The restaurant next-door within walking distance is nice pool tables and some other games and all we had a great time if you do go here make sure you go to Rob’s Marina feed the tarpon and go along the snorkeling trip to the lighthouse.
